Kappl came out for a service call & to check bulbs. We have a Lenox UV Light Filtration system that had to be checked & Kappl found that the (3) Ballasts were dead. Kevin and everyone I dealt with were the epitome of customer service.

I have found a new, knowledgeable, friendly and fair company to service any heating & air issues I’ll have.

I’m deciding on which choice I want with the filtration system, but regardless I believe I will buy the “service agreement”
