More Than Three Decades of Customer Satisfaction
At Kappl Heating & Air Conditioning, our family-owned team believes that everyone should have access to high quality heating and cooling services. Having HVAC systems that properly warm and cool your home is essential to feeling safe and healthy in your house. That’s why our Canoga Park technicians also serve individuals and families in Woodland Hills, Northridge, and Ventura County. We’re able to drive out to perform home and business inspections to determine whether your system requires repairs, replacements, or installations. We can also perform a number of installations to improve your indoor air quality. With quick response times and a commitment to caring for our customers like we would our own family members, it’s no wonder why many of our new customers have been referred to us by our previously satisfied customers.
HVAC stands for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, all of which are areas our team has extensive experience in. If feeling cool during the summer and cozy during winter is important to you, you need to make sure your home is effectively transferring air between your indoor and outdoor units.
Our services include:
- Heating repairs, replacements, and installations. We can install heat pumps, furnaces, and boilers after we assess your home and determine why type of heating system can support you and your family the best.
- Air conditioning repairs, replacements, and installations, including the installation of ductless mini split systems if your home lacks ductwork. We can recommend energy efficient makes and models and order the systems and parts you need quickly so your home gets back to its peak operations as soon as possible.
- Commercial HVAC: Own a business? Our technicians offer specialized services for people who want to save money while running their businesses efficiently.
- Indoor air quality services, including the installation of humidifiers and air filtration systems, zoning systems, and duct cleaning. You can potentially prevent diseases caused by allergens, mold, and asbestos by properly purifying the air you breathe in.
What is a Ductless Mini Split System?
Mini splits are heating and cooling systems that work to allow the user to control temperatures in individual rooms, or spaces. Central systems, in contrast, work to heat or cool your entire home. Mini splits are thus considered more energy efficient in that you have the option to not heat or cool the rooms you’re not using.
There are two components of mini split systems, including an indoor unit and an outdoor compressor. This is considered the best option for homes that lack ductwork, or for homes that are smaller and require a small conditioning system. Homes that already have ductwork in place or are large require more powerful central systems.
Need your furnace or AC unit replaced? While you’re at it, why not join our maintenance program? Having an updated system doesn’t mean it doesn’t need checkups. By setting a system in place for your HVAC units to be checked each year, you can extend the life of your system and save thousands of dollars in future repairs and replacements. We’re happy to walk you through the process and help you understand the benefits of routine maintenance when you call.
The Los Angeles Department of Water and Power (LADWP) is offering qualified customers an opportunity to improve the performance of their air conditioning system(s) through its AC Optimization Program. To learn more, please visit their website.
