The technicians who installed my system were very nice. They entire process was very professional and I am grateful I chose them as my installer. They were on time every day and worked efficiently. The new system looks very neat and clean, and i look forward to finally cooling off this summer
Great service! We were in need of service and had someone out as soon as we needed them. Great communication. Technician explained the issue we were facing and gave matter-of-fact recommendations. Rather than costing upwards of $1500, we were serviced and cool for under $250. Honest, reliable and dependable.

Kappl is by far the best HVAC company I have done business with. They are personable, sensitive to my time, on time and reasonably priced. If I have a problem they respond quickly and effectively without repeat visits. If repairs are not necessary they say so. Customer service at it's finest.

Kappl Heating & AC was FANTASTIC!!! I called to have them come out and replace my thermostat with a smart one, and they were able to see me the next day. I made the appt with Christine, who was SO pleasant to speak with, Tony the technician was on time and very polite, and Keith followed up to make certain I was happy and all went well. The whole team at Kappl are very nice and accommodating! They came to replace my thermostat but apparently my system was wired incorrectly and he wasn’t able to finish the job so said he’d have to come back with another technician. They arrived on Friday on time as promised and they were able to complete the job in a couple hours! They were very professional and clean. They did a great job!! Vincent and Tony Leon were all about customer service. Fast, friendly, and detail-oriented. I did run into some issues setting up my Nest thermostat, and Tony was kind enough to call customer service for me and try to troubleshoot the problem. Definitely recommend for any HVAC work.
Excellent service. On time and courteous as well as answering all my questions. Jonathan was the technician and did a great job as well as making friends with my big dog. Got my a/c unit tuned up and ready to go to work. Would highly recommend their company.
Antonio from Kappl came in to change our A/C thermostat to a smart NEST thermostat. He was on time, very professional, did a great job, very clean, checked the A/C system, installed the thermostat, explained the functionality, helped us with the app, and helped with learning the settings. We definitely recommend this company.

They were great. From setting the appointment to the actual service call, they were friendly and professional. On the day of the service call they called ahead of time to apprise me of their ETA. Kappl always provides fast, friendly, and reasonably-priced service for our Woodland Hills rental properties. Will continue to use them anytime we run into heating/AC issues.
Kappl was recommended to me by my HOA board. They were able to send a technician out within 48 hours to check my vents and system. Our technician, Tony L., was extremely professional, easy to work with, and took as much time as needed to explain the issues we had and the most cost effective way to fix them.
